dodojob User Agreement

Welcome to dodojob! This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the operating entity of dodojob (a company incorporated in Singapore). Please read carefully, especially regarding disclaimers, privacy, and dispute resolution.

We provide account management, resume submission, job posting, and recruitment information matching services. This applies to our apps, websites, mini-programs, and APIs.

You may not use the service to post illegal, false, infringing, or discriminatory information. Reverse engineering, system interference, or illegal data scraping is strictly prohibited.

We strictly comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties without consent.

dodojob provides certain AI-powered features, including but not limited to the AI Job Assistant and AI Job Draft / AI Recognition features. When you use these features, the text you actively enter, paste, or submit, together with related contextual information necessary to generate results, may first be transmitted to dodojob's servers and then shared with Google Gemini (Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite Preview), a third-party AI service provider, for processing.

Such data may include: chat content you enter in AI conversations, recruitment text you submit for AI extraction, and related session identifiers, language settings, account identifiers, job preferences, job information, or recruitment information necessary for generating results. If you voluntarily include contact name, phone number, Telegram account, address, or similar information in submitted content, such information may also be processed.

We use this data to understand your job-seeking or hiring intent, generate AI replies, recommend relevant jobs, extract and structure job fields, and improve the stability, security, and user experience of our AI features. Before relevant data is sent to a third-party AI service where required, we will clearly disclose this processing and obtain your consent. You may also withdraw consent in the relevant app settings; if you do so, the corresponding AI features may no longer be available, but non-AI core features of dodojob will remain available.

Please do not submit government ID numbers, passport numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, one-time verification codes, biometric information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal data through AI features. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect relevant data and require the relevant third-party service providers to provide data protection measures no less protective than reasonable industry standards.

dodojob acts as an information intermediary only. We do not guarantee the absolute authenticity of information provided by users. Any employment or salary disputes shall be resolved between the parties involved.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English.
