Manage deposit related business and portfolio growth. Improve account opening and customer onboarding processes. Support branches with sales tools, training, and process guidance. Monitor productivity, service quality, and compliance. Briefing to Branch Managers, Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams. Distribute SOPs, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
តម្រូវការមុខតំណែង
Degree in Business and Marketing or any related field.
Professional Banking Certificate will be added advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in any FIs with relevant experience in managing branch business or management sales.
Experience in people management, team sales performance and provide high service standard
Must be fluent in English
