Manage, train, coach, and guide a team of Credit Officers (CO) at the branch level. Oversee end-to-end loan processes, including credit evaluation, loan processing, disbursement, and portfolio quality. Ensure full adherence to company credit policies, National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) regulations, and risk management guidelines. Drive and meet branch targets for loan portfolio growth, asset quality (low non-performing loans), and customer acquisition. Build strong relationships with local clients and handle complex credit negotiations or collections.
岗位要求
Background in microfinance or banking, often progressing from a Credit Officer or Senior Credit Officer role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and local market knowledge.
