岗位描述
Receive and process cash deposits, loan repayments, and withdrawals. Count cash accurately and balance the cash drawer daily. Provide polite, professional customer service to clients visiting the branch. Record financial transactions properly into the system/ledger. Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash on hand against system records. Assist with other front-office or branch administrative tasks as assigned by the branch manager.
岗位要求
High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in finance, banking, accounting, or a related field.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Honesty, integrity, and responsibility with money handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, core banking/finance software).
