- Welcome and assist customers. - Provide accurate product information and help customers choose suitable products. - Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and recording sales. - Pack customers purchases and prepare online orders. - Arrange products and maintain organized, attractive displays. - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stocks. - Monitor inventory and report low stock or damaged products. - Assist with creating basic social media content. - Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with delivery drivers. - Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop. - Identify operational problems and communicate them to the owner. - Follow established shop procedures and complete assigned daily tasks.

Honest, responsible, reliable, and punctual
Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Capable of identifying problems, and suggesting practical solutions
Good communication in Khmer, and basic English
Able to assist and guide customers genuinely, politely, and professionally
Basic familiarity with smart phones, messaging apps, and social media
Willing to learn cashier systems, product information, and inventory procedures
Training will be provided
