dodojob Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the dodojob apps, website, mini-programs, and related services operated by HULUAI PTE. LTD. (Singapore). It explains our handling of personal data for job seekers, employers, and visitors.

We may collect account and contact details; profile, resume, education, work history and job preferences; employer and job-posting information; messages, voice messages and attachments; photos or videos you actively select; approximate or precise location when you enable location features; and support requests.

We also collect device, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, language, interaction, advertising attribution, diagnostic, crash, and security data. We receive data from login providers and other services only when you choose or enable them.

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide job search and recruitment matching, deliver messages and notifications, display nearby jobs, process selected media, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, measure performance, attribute campaigns, and improve our services.

When you choose an AI assistant or AI job-recognition feature, your submitted text and the context needed to generate a result may be processed by our servers and Google AI services. This may include job or recruitment content, language, account or session identifiers, and information you voluntarily include. Do not submit unnecessary passwords, verification codes, government IDs, financial data, or biometric data.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with employers or job seekers according to your actions and visibility choices, and with processors that help operate the service, including Google services (such as Firebase, Maps, sign-in and AI), Meta/Facebook sign-in, Tencent Cloud IM, Singular and TikTok Business analytics or attribution, hosting, storage, security, and customer-support providers.

Providers process data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. We may also disclose data for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, corporate transactions, or with your consent.

Camera, microphone, notifications, location, and photo or video access are requested only for the feature you choose. Where supported, dodojob uses the system picker and processes only media you select. You can change permissions in device settings and can decline optional permissions, although the related feature may not work.

Our website and apps may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, analytics, and campaign measurement. Browser and device controls let you limit non-essential technologies where available.

Because our service and providers operate internationally, data may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards required by applicable law.

We use reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and organizational safeguards. No method is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain data only while needed for the purposes described, account operation, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. After it is no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized, except backups and records that law requires us to retain.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection. You may also manage profile visibility, communications, permissions, and certain consent settings in the app or device. We may verify identity before completing a request.

dodojob is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted to use employment services in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we collected a child's data without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
