Talent Acquisition & Development Executive

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law.

Learning & Development and Career Advancement, Service Charges, Tips, Seniority Pay, and Other remuneration, Recognition Programs and Awards, Comp Policy & Staff Discount Rate, Private Insurance, NSSF Insurance, and Pension Schemes, Accommodation and three daily meals, Annual Leaves, Public Holidays, and other leaves per Cambodia Labor Laws.
