You are responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Brand promotion in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant evens or other suggested program; you might consider and included into your task and duties responsibility. Training and coaching new and current employees on proper customer service practices with implementation on policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations. In addition, you oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers is also included in your professional responsibility.
