OPERATIONS MANAGER

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Law, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience.

Experience in banking, financial services, trust, insurance, corporate services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of operations management, internal controls, and corporate governance.

Experience developing and implementing SOPs, policies, workflows, and operational controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience in operational reporting and KPI management.

Good understanding of risk management and compliance principles.

▪️Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

▪️Good English communication skills.

▪️Strong Khmer communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
