To have ability in supervising and team leader. To monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and guidance. To ensure that quality standards are met in areas such as customer service, product presentation, or service delivery. To monitor cleanliness and customer service which ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

岗位要求
3 - 4 years Experian with a qualification for the position.
Excellent organization and strong ability of customer service skill.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, generate fresh and innovative ideas.
