Requirements
Can speak English. No experience is required.
Welcome and greet visitors, guests, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Provide information and assistance to visitors and customers.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor registration.
Receive and distribute documents, mail, and packages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
