Greet guests and manage front desk operations; Handle reservations and scheduling of spa treatments; Provide detailed information on massage and spa treatments; Manage guest inquiries and check-ins/check-outs efficiently; Support spa daily operations and coordinate therapist schedules

Strong knowledge of various massage and spa treatments

Experience in customer service, reservations, or front-desk roles

Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English
