Workshop & Warehouse Manager

Plan, organize, and oversee daily workshop and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Control, monitor, and maintain accurate stock of materials, equipment, and spare parts. Lead, supervise, and develop workshop and warehouse teams to achieve operational targets. Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of tools, machinery, and warehouse equipment. Coordinate material receiving, storage, issuance, and delivery processes for projects and operations. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and maintain a safe and clean working environment. Monitor resource usage, reduce wastage, and optimize operational costs. Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, workshop production, and warehouse operations to management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

At least 5 years of experience in workshop and warehouse management, preferably in MEP, construction, or related industry

Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

Strong responsibility, proactive, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
