Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operation - Experience in manufacturing environment or related industries. - Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel - Knowledgeable in Labor Law - Experience in developing compensation structures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English
