Senior AR & Loan Recovery

experience in Account Receivable (AR), Loan Recovery, Credit Control, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of debt collection processes, loan recovery procedures, and financial documentation.

Ability to follow up overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans with customers.

Experience analyzing customer accounts and preparing recovery reports.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle difficult customers professionally and maintain good relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial/loan management systems.

Good command of Khmer and English.
