HR Manager

experience in Human Resources, with experience in a management role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and Cambodian Labor Law.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Ability to manage HR operations and lead HR teams effectively.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in performance management and organizational development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

Good command of Khmer and English.
