Planning Administrator

New construction site compliance inspections; Land positioning & boundary control

Cambodian national, Good Chinese communication skills required

Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant major preferred

Experience in urban construction, municipal works, or inspection preferred

Able to read and understand architectural drawings is a plus

Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and strong in communication & execution
