Head/ Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (required).

Master’s degree, CPA, or ACCA qualification is a strong advantage.

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or regulatory reporting within a bank or MFI.

Demonstrated experience in business planning, budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Experience with NBC regulatory reporting frameworks for MFIs or banks is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, dynamic formulas) and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of CAS, CIFRS for SMEs, and NBC prudential regulations (R115, WAIR, Prakas 578 TOI).

Knowledge of IFRS 9 ECL concepts or incurred loss impairment methodology.

Familiarity with core banking systems and financial reporting tools.

Competencies & Soft Skills

Strong analytical and structured thinking; able to translate complex data into clear, action-ready management insights.

High attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadline pressure.

Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a data-first, leadership environment.

Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken); Korean language is an advantage.
