Small Business Loan Trainee

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong knowledge of small business lending and credit analysis Experience in loan processing, underwriting, or banking (usually 2–4+ years preferred) Ability to supervise and support loan officers or junior staff Good understanding of financial statements and risk assessment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking systems (if applicable) Ability to meet loan targets and manage portfolio quality Strong attention to detail and compliance with bank policies Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure Willing to conduct field visits and monitor clients’ business performance
