Senior / Relationship Officer - Deposit

Description

Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing, and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment. Promotes and pushes cross-selling of bank products and services to both existing and new customers. Analyze customer financial statements, cash flow, and business viability. Conduct site visits and verify business operations, collateral, and ownership. Prepare credit proposals / loan applications in line with bank credit policy. Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams for loan approval and disbursement. Ensure proper documentation and compliance before loan drawdown. Prepares loan report as required by supervisor and/or manager. Keep a close relationship with customers to make sure their banking needs are satisfied and act to expand their product holdings. Resolve every issue and query of the customers related to the loan products and formalities. Review the regular credit report and analyze and evaluate the balance of PAR and credit quality. Assist the manager to improve staff competency by coaching and mentoring newly hired staff. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
