Spa Supervisor

2–5 years of experience in Spa / Beauty / Wellness industry Experience in supervising staff (therapists, receptionists, cleaners) Ability to manage daily operations and ensure smooth service flow Knowledge of spa treatments (massage, facial, body care, etc.) Strong customer service and guest handling skills Ability to monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction Good leadership and team management skills Able to train, guide, and motivate staff Experience in preparing staff schedules (shift planning) Able to manage inventory and spa product stock Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, booking systems, reports) Good command of English (preferred) Honest, responsible, and well-organized Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
