Requirements
experience in HR and Administration, with management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and Cambodian Labor Law. Experience developing and implementing HR policies and administrative procedures. Ability to manage HR operations, office administration, and support business needs. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing HR teams and improving workplace processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Good command of Khmer and English.
